7. DPRF/ HSD Project
The project funded by Actionaid, with the purpose to provide humanitarian Support to the displaced, drought affected and COVID-19-affected people of Afghanistan ( DPRF/HSD). Covering Kabul and Samangan provinces. The project major interventions include

8. COMMUNITY MOBILIZATOIN AND ENGAGEMENT (CME ) PROJECT
The project, funded by UNHCR, covers three northern provinces: Balkh, Jawzjan, and Faryab. It aims to mobilize both the PoC and host communities for reintegration, enhancing PoC engagement and participation in CDCs and Shuras by adding and strengthening PoC representation. The initiative will foster an enabling environment for inclusive community decision-making, benefiting PoC and vulnerable host populations, while also empowering women through increased participation, economic opportunities, and skill development in vocational training and literacy.
Specifically, the project will focus on expanding PoC representation within host communities and IDP pockets; training 60 new and established community elders and leaders; organizing vocational skills training for 200 women and girls; and providing hygiene, health awareness, literacy, and numeracy training to 200 women and girls.
9. CO-PROSPER-2023
The Co-PROSPER-2023 project, funded by UNHCR, aims to empower women and girls who have been deprived of education in the provinces of Balkh, Jawzjan, Faryab, Saripul, and Samangan. The project delivers literacy training and facilitates access to maternal and feminine health services through basic health and hygiene awareness sessions and the distribution of hygiene and dignity kits. In addition, the project provides livelihood support by offering vocational training in tailoring, food processing, soap making, and wool spinning, complemented by the distribution of relevant toolkits upon completion of the training. The project also seeks to enhance access to education, markets, and public services for persons with specific needs (PwSN), children and other vulnerable members of host communities by constructing and upgrading two schools and building 8.015 km of road across the five targeted provinces.
10. CO-PROSPER-2024
The Co-PROSPER-2024 project, funded by UNHCR, aims to strengthen midwifery services in remote areas by building a dedicated midwifery cadre, economically empower communities through diversified livelihood support, and enhance the quality of education through the provision of safe and secure learning environments. This includes supplying furniture for students, teachers, and school management, offering technical assistance in designing school and health clinic infrastructure, and supporting the monitoring and supervision of construction projects. The project operates across the North and Northeast regions, covering the provinces of Balkh, Jawzjan, Sarepul, Faryab, Samangan, Baghlan, Kunduz, Takhar, and Badakhshan. Key activities include facilitating midwifery education, stationery and required tools, organizing trainings on tailoring, handicrafts, and beekeeping, followed by the distribution of complete beekeeping toolkits, equipment, and beehives; providing furniture to nine schools; and conducting provincial-level technical monitoring of UNHCR-supported construction projects in the targeted regions.
11.OSRO/AFG/217/CHG
This project is funded by UNFAO and implemented in 6 districts of Kabul province. The initiative is designed to protect livelihoods and promote resilient agriculture and sustainable livelihoods of affected communities in Kabul province, with a primary focus on agriculture and livestock emergency protection and food security. 13. OSR/AFG/140/WBK
This project is funded by UNFAO and implemented in 14 rural districts of Kabul province, with the purpose to improve food security, increasing fruit/nuts and livestock production to sustain the livelihoods of local farmers and herders by assisting in Agroforestry practices in their existing crop lands as well as rehabilitating and restoring degraded rangeland through improved artificial reseeding and rangeland improved management practices. The project’s major interventions include;
· Wheat seed package (50kg certified wheat seed, 50kg Urea, 50kg DAP per beneficiary) distribution
· Solar dryer Distribution for women farmers and herders.
· Promote industrial and medicine crepe through distribution of Ferola and Saffron experimentation.
