PACo currently operates across three key regions of Afghanistan: Central, Northern, and Northeastern. Plans are in place for the gradual expansion of programs to additional regions based on identified needs and operational feasibility.
PACo Program currently covers 10 provinces, including: Kabul, Balkh, Jawzjan, Sarepul, Faryab, Samangan, Baghlan, Kunduz, Takhar, and Badakhshan, reaching 50 districts out of the country’s 360 districts.
Through our targeted interventions, PACo has reached and served over 100,000 individuals from the most impoverished, vulnerable, and underserved populations, including:
- Women and girls
- Persons with disabilities
- Children and orphans
- Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and returnees
- Youth
- Extremely poor and destitute households
- Farmers and herders
