Technical Service & Infrastructure Development:

Infrastructure development is a cornerstone of both relief and long-term development efforts , particularly in Afghanistan, where the need remains critical. In alignment with national strategies and international priorities, PACo has been delivering high-quality technical and construction services through a team of highly qualified and experienced experts.

Since 2013, PACo’s humanitarian, relief, and development programs have been strongly supported by a broad range of construction services. These include:

• Protective infrastructure (e.g., flood and erosion control)
• Educational and health facilities (schools and clinics)
• Road construction and access infrastructure
• Community-based structures such as check dams, trenches, and other social assets

PACo’s technical services cover the full project lifecycle, including:

• Feasibility studies and technical assessments
• Project design and engineering
• Cost estimation and budgeting
• Full-scale project implementation and
• Provide Technical monitoring and supervision ensuring quality control and quality assurance.

To ensure the highest standards, PACo maintains a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) team, providing reliable oversight and reporting to our funding partners.
